Cancellation & Refund Policy
We aim to ensure fairness and clarity in all refund-related matters. Please read this section carefully before confirming your booking.
Refund Guidelines
- Airline Tickets: Refunds depend entirely on the airline’s fare rules. Promotional or discounted tickets may be non-refundable. Applicable airline penalties and service charges will be deducted.
- Hotel Bookings: Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the hotel. Non-refundable rates cannot be refunded once booked.
- Tour Packages: Cancellation charges vary by supplier and timing. Cancellations made close to departure may result in partial or no refund.
- Visa Fees: Visa application fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of approval or rejection.
- Cruises: Cruise line cancellation policies apply. Refunds, if eligible, will be communicated at the time of cancellation.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 14–21 working days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Arab Zone Tourism is not responsible for delays from banks, airlines, or third-party suppliers.
Important Notes
- No-shows or cancellations made at the last minute generally result in no refund.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip disruptions.
- Any administrative charges incurred by Arab Zone Tourism for processing cancellations will be deducted from the refund amount.
