Payment & Cancellation policy

We believe in being transparent about costs, payments, and cancellations so that our clients can plan their travels with complete confidence.

Payments

  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings (flights, tours, hotels, visas) require advance payment to confirm reservations.
  • Payment Methods Accepted:
    • Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
    • Secure online payment gateways
    • Bank transfer
    • Cash at our Dubai office
  • Payment Schedule: The amount and timeline of payments will be communicated clearly before final booking confirmation.

Cancellations by Client

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or official request form).
  • Airline, hotel, and tour operator policies will apply. Arab Zone Tourism service fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation charges vary depending on how close the cancellation is to the travel date.

Cancellations by Arab Zone Tourism or Third Parties

  • In rare cases where cancellations occur due to airlines, suppliers, or unforeseen events, Arab Zone Tourism will work to secure refunds or alternative arrangements for our clients.
  • Refunds in such cases are subject to the supplier’s policies, which we will communicate clearly to the client.
